When will Isaiah Kiplagat retire?I am tired of seeing old citizens clinging to seats as if we have a monarch system.Why can’t they Let the young guys come on board too?

Actually we need young guns in our offices,i hope that even the coach of Harambee stars wwho has been very productive,will be given a good contract,just like they have been giving other coaches for the national team.
