THE CORNERSTONE
It was said,
Though still it was acclaimed,
Through all means,
It was also felt,
Everybody knew,
That the cornerstone had been stolen,

When I first heard it,
I couldn’t believe people were now aware,
Life now is no longer at ease,
Because-
The masses have been compromised,
The cornerstone has been stolen.

That fundamental support,
The fight for human rights,
Is only an attempt,
By those in dreams,
To restore the best days,
The cornerstone has been stolen,

Why can’t mothers tie their waists?
Tie them tight with lesos of struggle!
Why can’t the youth come off age?
Come off age from individualism and selfishness!
Why can’t everyone embrace brotherhood?
The cornerstone has been stolen.

Let us all arise,
Reclaim those hey-days,
When the cornerstone still prevailed,
Let us fight for our rights,
Because at the moment..
The cornerstone has been stolen.

Fundamental rights of individuals are being violated the world over,we are asking “OBAMA TO STEP IN”

For these Hungry Children:

For these Dying inmates:

For these Barbaric Leaders:

For this killing disease:

WE ARE ASKING YOU TO RECLAIM THE CONERSTONE,WE ARE ASKING YOU TO DEFEND HUMAN RIGHTS.
